Magnesium to the Rescue!

Hi friends,

It's Wellness Wednesday! How are you feeling? Do you feel good?

Personally, this is day 4 of severe widespread pain & inflammation. Yep, it sucks. I am committed to improving day by day though. I started reading LivinGood Daily by Dr. Livingood recently. I only have time to read a page at a time but so far I couldn't agree more. I believe he said to focus on improving your health 1% per day. I like that, I can handle that. So, in addition to taking my daily health boost (recipe in last week's blog); I am also using Magnesium Spray on my feet at night. I find it helpful for sleep, I'll let you know how it works on my other symptoms once I start being more consistent with it.
